Quality & Safety
All of our products are manufactured to the European regulations EN14619 and EN71-1
Returns
You may return an unused item (in original packaging) for refund or replacement within 14 days of the order date. A restocking fee of €5 may be subtracted from your refund. All shipping charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the order confirmation which will be emailed to you upon payment of your order. You may want to insure your return as we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. A refund or replacement will be issued once the package has been returned.
Warranty
All scooters carry a six month limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, g-bikes have a two year limited warranty. During this period it is up to Pikilili to decide whether products covered by the warranty should be repaired or replaced. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use or normal wear and tear. We can only accept claims if you have a valid proof of purchase.
Repairs
Scooters used on a daily basis by children may suffer some wear and tear. This is not covered by the warranty but we do stock spare parts to repair scooters when necessary. These can be purchased on the website for a small admin fee and postage, or collected free of charge from us in Amsterdam.
