Guarantee and Returns
All scooters carry a two year limited guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship. During this period it is up to Pikilili to decide whether products covered by the guarantee should be repaired or replaced. The guardoes not cover damage caused by improper use or normal wear and tear. We can only accept claims if you have a valid proof of purchase.
Scooters used on a daily basis by children may suffer some wear and tear. This is not covered by the warranty but we do stock spare parts to repair scooters when necessary. These can be purchased on the website for a small admin fee and postage, or collected from us in Amsterdam. See repairs for the fitting instructions.
You may return an unused item (in original packaging) for refund or replacement within 14 days of the order date. The shipping fees for the original delivery may be subtracted from your refund. All shipping charges are non-refundable. Returning the goods to us is for your account. Shipping fees for replacements may be applicable. All returns must be accompanied by the order confirmation which will be emailed to you upon payment of your order. You may want to insure your return as we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. A refund or replacement will be issued once the package has been returned.
