Payment Methods

When you place an order on the Micro-Step website, you can choose to pay through iDEAL or through bank transfer. We do not accept credit cards. It is also possible to pay cash on collection in Amsterdam.

What is iDEAL?

With iDEAL you can complete your online purchases safely and easily. iDEAL links your Dutch internet banking directly to the website where you are making the purchase. You do not need to register, download or make an account in order to use iDEAL. If you use internet banking with ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, Friesland Bank, ING, Rabobank, RegioBank, SNS Bank, Triodos Bank or Van Lanschot Bankiers then you can use iDEAL. The transaction is completed quickly and easily in the familiar online banking system of your own bank. 

Data Collection

When you shop on the Micro-Step website, we will ask you to enter data such as your name, email address, delivery address, telephone number, product selections. Please note that we will not pass on your details to third party organisations and that your personal details are in strict confidence. We only use your information for the following purposes: 

• To process your order(s)

• To inform you of new products or promotions that may be of interest to you, only upon your consent

• To analyse website statistical information and improve administration of the website
