Delivery

We offer FREE DELIVERY on all orders over €60 to all addresses in the Netherlands and Belgium. Orders placed before 22:00 (NL) or 21:00 (BE) on weekdays will be sent the same day* with PostNL and usually delivered the following day.

*The delivery time of each product can be found on the product page. The delivery time of the whole order will be the same as the product with the longest delivery time.

Once you have received the email confirming your order, your goods will be packaged ready to be sent to you. You will be emailed again when the parcel is on its way.

Delivery Date

If PostNL tries to deliver the parcel to you and no one is there, you will get an email which will tell you at which PostNL/DPD Servicepoint you can pick up your delivery. You will have one week to pick it up. Failure to do so will lead to goods being returned to us, which may result in extra postage being charged for redelivery.

Once we have processed your order and payment has been received, you will be notified by email of your order's track and trace number. You will also receive a link enabling you to follow the progress of your order.

Collection

Collection in Amsterdam is also possible by appointment only, either in the centre at Binnen Brouwersstraat 36, 1013 EG.
The availability on the website is for our warehouse, not the shop, so please call to check if the desired product is in stock if you need it fast.
