Delivery and Returns

 

 

Delivery

We currently offer FREE DELIVERY on all scooters and balance bikes! Orders placed before 22:00 on weekdays will be sent the same day with PostNL and delivered the following day.

Once you have received the email confirming your order, your goods will be packaged ready to be sent to you. You will be emailed again when the parcel is on its way. 

 

Netherlands (Scooter: order by 22:00 on workdays for next day delivery. Parts: 1-2 working days)

Delivery Date

If PostNL tries to deliver the parcel to you and no one is there a second delivery attempt will be made on the next working day or Saturday. If the second attempt also fails then a notification will be put through your mailbox which will tell you at which Post Office or PostNL Servicepoint you can pick up your delivery. You will have three weeks to pick it up. Failure to do so will lead to goods being returned to us, which may result in extra postage being charged for redelivery.   

Once we have processed your order and payment has been received, you will be notified by email of your order's consignment number. You will also receive a link to PostNL's track and trace service enabling you to follow the progress of your order.
 

Collection

Collection in Amsterdam is also possible by appointment only, either in the centre at Binnen Brouwersstraat 36, 1013 EG. These orders can also be paid for on pick up.

Returns and exchanges

If you wish to return an unused item (in original packaging) for refund or exchange let us know through email (service@micro-step.nl) withing 14 days after receiving the order. In case of a return we will refund the full amount including the shipping costs. When only part of the order is returned we will only refund the purchase amount of the returned items. Returning the goods to us is for your account. Shipping fees for replacements may be applicable. All returns must be accompanied by the order confirmation which will be emailed to you upon payment of your order. You may want to insure your return as we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. A refund or replacement will be issued once the package has been returned.

How do I return or exchange an order?

1. Send us an email about it within 14 days after receiving your order
2. You will receive the RETURN instructions from us through email
3. Send us your product(s) within 14 days to the adress on the RETURN instructions. The products need to be shipped in the original packaging and with the the order confirmation which will be emailed to you upon payment of your order.
4. We will process your return.

Money back?
When you have followed the instructions above we will refund the money of your purchase, including the shipping costs of the original order. When only part of the order is returned we will only refund the purchase amount of the returned items.

Shipping costs return
The shipping costs and the risk of the return are for the customer.

Only undamaged itemns and original packaging
All items need to be returned in undamaged and unused condition in the original packaging. 

Never send a return without your order confirmation or packing note!
Your return will be delivered to our warehouse and processed much faster if you include the order confirmation or packing note. Please do not send your order back to us without this as we cannot process it.
