How do returns work?

• Register your return within 30 days of receipt via our return portal.
• Follow the instructions in the portal.
• Send your return within 14 days of registration.
• Always include your order number so that we can process your return quickly.
• Upon receipt, we will check the return and refund the purchase amount via the same payment method used to pay for the order.

Only undamaged and unused products
To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned in undamaged and unused condition in the original packaging.

Money back?
If you meet the conditions described above, we will refund the purchase amount of the order to your account, if desired. If only part of the shipment is returned, the shipping costs will not be refunded. Micro Step BV reserves the right to refuse returned products or to credit only a portion of the amount already paid if there is suspicion that the product has already been used or has been damaged due to the fault of the customer (other than that of Micro Step BV or the product supplier).

Return shipping costs
You are responsible for the postage costs and the risk of the return shipment.

Always return with the packing slip
Your order ends up in our warehouse, where much more happens than just shipping our packages. Unregistered returns are collected and inspected periodically. An unregistered return can therefore simply remain unregistered for days or weeks.
