How to replace the top handlebars on the Mini Micro Deluxe scooter?

1. Unscrew the screw on the back of the handlebar clamp.
2. Loosen the handlebar clamp slightly by turning the knurled knob counterclockwise.
3. Push the handlebar clamp upwards and remove the top handlebars.
4. Replace the new handlebars and reattach the clamp, making sure it's tensioned so the handlebars can remain at any height.
5. Transfer the rubber grips (a little hairspray helps with sliding them on). Make sure they are fully seated on the handlebars, ensuring the ball is also secured.
